Return Policy
You may return most items sold by Irish Sisters within 14 days of delivery
for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error.
To return an item, please send email to irishsisters@sbcglobal.net or call us
at 630 208-9300 and state items being returned, and your reason
for return.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette
tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic
wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged,
or is missing parts.
- Special Order Items

Purchasing products in our online catalog does not guarantee such items

at time of purchase, the item will not be shipped and you will not be
charged. Out of stock items usually ship within 4-8 weeks. If actual price
is higher than checkout price, you will be informed prior to being charged.
